I purchased these adapters assuming they would be configured properly for a Cisco SG300 small business switch, but they aren't. I should have compared the technical data sheet which shows the pin out. I can't ding the product or vendor for that! These are configured with the top 2 pins connected together and the bottom 2 pins connected together which isn't how the Cisco small business switch needs them to be. I was able to come up with a work around though.

Excellent product. It perfectly fits the power input of a Hikvision DVR.
