By placing an order with Tycon Systems, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Orders are subject to availability and approval.
• We may cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

• Orders typically ship Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, except holidays.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Addresses cannot be changed after shipment.
• Once your order is given to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for delivery, delays, loss, or damage during transit.
• International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges.

Returns & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
• Online store purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• To return an item, contact us for an RMA (Return Authorization) .
• Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not include shipping or taxes.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.

Product Warranty & Liability

• Products are covered only by any applicable product warranty. See our Warranty Policy.
• Except where prohibited by law, Tycon Systems is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to product use or delivery.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
