63V 900W OUT Battery Charger, 120/240VAC IN, w/ US AC Power Cord, XT DC Connector Long Description
The TP-BC63-xxx XT battery chargers provide up to 900W of total charging power. The battery charger is designed to be a universal power source for Solar MPPT charge controllers to charge any battery that is compatible with the Solar MPPT charge controller. The 63V output connects to the MPPT controller PV/Solar input and allows for charging 12VDC to 48VDC battery banks. The MPPT charge controller must be able to handle at least 65V PV input and the minimum battery current rating. See Spec Sheet to view battery rating chart. The chargers have various protections for short-circuit, over-load, over-voltage, over-current and over-temp. They operate over a wide temperature range. They include an XT60 connector and pigtail cable for quick disconnect. There is an LED which indicates charging (Red) or battery full (Green). The unit has an attached AC cord with a North American 3 Prong Plug. The units are auto-ranging so they can work from 100VAC to 240VAC, 47-63Hz. They utilize thermostatic fan cooling to maintain internal temperature. Technical Links
